A guided mini facial & relaxation ritual, using TempleSpa. A luxury, cruelty-free skincare made from Mediterranean inspired botanicals.
Followed by a gentle yoga flow suited for all levels & a guided meditation.
Herbal teas & water are provided throughout. Yoga mats are also provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
No yoga or skincare experience necessary. All you need to bring is your amazing self (& a friend/partner/family member if you wish!) & enjoy a relaxing Sunday treat that you deserve!
