The Sparrows Collective presents Yoga & Therapy-ish.
These small groups, led by Cara Leeney, Associate Therapist (LPC-A) and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), offer you the space and time you need to reconnect with your body, find stillness within, and regain a sense of your wholeness.
You don’t need to be a yogi to be a part of this space. This is a come-as-you-are-with-what-you-have kind of thing.
Besides, the actual yoga isn’t really the point. It’s the invitation to reconnect and listen to your body and breathe.
