Join us for a 4-week women's circle focused on exploratory education of your body, your nervous system, and the way you relate to others and the world around you.The course prioritizes evidence-based practices aimed at positively impacting the nervous system, promoting stress management, reducing anxiety and rumination, and enhancing overall mood, mindset, health, and well-being.
Participants can expect engaging discussions on relevant topics, guided physical yoga (asana) practice, breath work (pranayama), mindfulness activities, visualization techniques, deep relaxation exercises, and group interactions centered around embodiment and connection to self and others.
The closed group will meet once a week for 90 minutes in a small group of 7 people max. Register now to hold your space.

A brief intake is required for participation to assess for appropriateness. Once you've booked, you'll be contacted by the course leader to discuss your expectations and your yoga experience as well as any health conditions you'd like us to know about, all information is completely confidential.
Although this group is lead by a Licensed Therapist, it is not a substitute for therapy, but can be a great addition.
