Join us for an afternoon of gentle yoga, led by Kelly Reinhart of Kali Rising Yoga, followed by a soothing herbal Zen tea meditation, guided by Amanda North of Literary Gastronomy. Take the time to unwind and rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul in a peaceful environment. Whether you are a beginner or experienced yogi, this session is designed to help you relax and find inner peace.
Experience the calming effects of a gentle yoga practice as you stretch and release tension from the body. Directly after, enjoy a guided Zen style meditation with a curated tea blend of medicinal herbs to strengthen and relax the nervous system. The meditation will develop mindfulness and participants will leave with individually prepared tea blends of chamomile, rosemary, and lemon-balm.
Come and join us for a tranquil Saturday afternoon filled with relaxation and self-care. No experience is necessary, just bring your presence and willingness to unwind.
