Led by Kaylyn K., an experienced instructor, this gentle yet invigorating practice seamlessly blends vinyasa sequencing with mindful movements, promoting holistic well-being and tranquility. As you gracefully transition between postures, allow your breath to guide you into a state of deep relaxation, soothing the nervous system and nurturing the body-mind connection.

This 60-minute yoga class is for all experience levels and those new to their yoga practice are encouraged to attend! After the yoga session, savor a moment of connection over fragrant tea and check out the amazing works of local artists displayed in our gallery. Elevate your senses and nourish your soul with an unforgettable fusion of art and yoga at The Gallery at Gallipott.

Please note: Participants will need to bring their own yoga mats for this event and sign a waiver prior to class. Please plan to show up at least 10 minutes before class begins to get oriented with the space and sign a waiver.
