Yoga & Soundbath in the Barrel Room: Restore Yourself for the New Year

Treat yourself to a Restorative Yoga Class & relaxing Soundbath to kick off the new year, followed by wine and snacks in the barrel hall!
About this Event

Your ticket includes:

A full, 1 hour Restorative Yoga Class (appropriate for all levels) followed by a 30 minutes Soundbath during savasana lead by local SCV yoga teacher, Jessica Miller and owner of local Yoga Studio Yoga Yoga , Dani Ibarra
1 glass of Bivium wine of your choice after class (more will be available for purchase until 7:00pm!)
Light snacks to enjoy while you sip

Class will begin at 4:00pm, so be sure to arrive on time to set up and relax before getting started.

Please bring your own yoga mat (all other props will be provided) and wear comfortable and warm clothes (socks suggested) as the Barrel Room runs chilly.
