About this Event
Join us for a relaxing yoga and sound bath session. We’ll begin with gentle movement to prepare the body for stillness, followed by a guided meditation and crystal singing bowl sound bath aligned to the chakras. As body temperature can drop in a healing state, please wear layers and bring any comforts like a mat, pillow, blanket or eye mask.

These sessions are not recommended if you:
• Have a pacemaker/metal in major organs
• Are sensitive to sound (some hearing aids may need adjusting)
• Have PTSD, epilepsy or a history of seizures
• Are currently pregnant
