About this Event
Cintia Tavares will lead participants in a gentle yoga practice at sunset and Natacha Pavan will close out the evening with a sound bath. Come recharge and connect with nature!
Spots are limited to 10 participants. This event is hosted by Claudia Milmann as part of Horsemanship & Holistic Healing event series. No fee option: venmo @claudia-milmann $70 to reserve your spot.
Plan to arrive a few minutes early so you can get settled and acquainted with the ranch environment
It will get chilly when the night arrives. Please bring:
- A warm blanket
- Pillow/bolster to make yourself comfortable
- Socks
- A water bottle
- Yoga mat - we will have mats available but feel free to bring your own
- Eye mask (optional)
- Your intention for healing
We will serve tea and snacks at the end of the event
