We’re back!! Join us for an enchanted evening of Yoga & Sound Bath with Signe Adams, Malynda Madsen, & Nick Adams.The Autumn Sound Bath event is located inside Diamond Talent Productions, in Studio A9, and begins promptly at 7 PM. Please come 10 to 15 minutes early to arrange your space. Bring your yoga mat, a pillow and blanket, or one will be provided for you.
We begin with gentle yoga and breathing exercises to settle the nervous system and prepare the body and mind for a restorative sound journey. Journey will include a symphony of heart-opening tones from Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, a collection of Gongs, Koshi chimes, drums, and other surprises. To close, we will guide you in a contemplative tea sipping ceremony to ground you and bring you fully back into your newly awakened senses.
