Once relaxed and settled on your mat, you will be immersed in sound and the sound vibrations of a range of instruments including drums, crystal singing bowls, bells and chimes which will balance your energy centres, heal and encourage deep relaxation and a sense of calm. If you wish, you can add on some group Reiki Healing at a small additional cost of £5. Reiki is a hands-off, non-invasive healing therapy which is will balance you, encourage self-healing and take you further into relaxation.
