Come join me for a gentle yoga flow with a healing sound bath savasana at El Techo Rooftop lead by Alissa Wilmina! Immerse yourself in the tropical vibes while stretching, flowin and finding your inner peace. This in-person event is the perfect way to flow, unwind and connect with your mind, body, and spirit.
Meet Alissa, a restaurant industry pro who recently hit pause on the hustle and bustle to explore her passion for yoga. After completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Isla Mujeres and Sound Healing Training in Miami, she's all set to share her love for yoga, sound healing, mindfulness, and good vibes at El Techo's Tropical Rooftop. Join her for a rooftop retreat into wellness and positivity!

ROOFTOP INFO/WEATHER: This is an enclosed rooftop with large windows I can have open or closed. For very hot weather the windows will be closed, fans and AC will be used.

Note: El Techo & Rito Loco are closed on Mondays - For this class the door to the El Techo rooftop will be unlocked 15 minutes before class and will be locked at start of class.
