About this Event

Join Certified Sound Therapist and Yoga Instructor Jessica Kirschner for a deeply restorative two-hour class that pairs a 50-minute slow flow yoga practice with a 60-minute sound healing experience, offering a perfect blend of movement and relaxation.

No prior yoga experience needed. Come as you are and enjoy a supportive, nurturing environment for boosting your physical and emotional well-being.

The gentle yoga class is suitable for students of all levels, from beginners to those with more experience. Jessica will offer modifications for each posture to ensure that everyone is able to participate and receive the maximum benefit from the practice.

After the yoga session, we will transition into a grounding sound bath meditation. You will be immersed in a soundscape of Tibetan singing bowls and other healing instruments, creating a peaceful and calming atmosphere. This meditative experience will help to release tension and promote relaxation, leaving you feeling centered and at ease.

You’ll stretch, release tension, and restore balance to your body and mind. No experience necessary. Beginners welcomed!

Wear clothing you’re comfortable moving in for yoga class. Warm layers are recommended to bring for the sound bath. Please bring a yoga mat, pillow for your head, blanket, and water-bottle.

Class will meet at Aviatra Incubator in Covington, Kentucky. Parking lot and street parking available.

Please do not attend class if you are sick or experiencing any symptoms of illness. Attending class while sick can spread your illness to classmates. Many individuals come to this space to relax and heal, so let’s be mindful and considerate of others’ well-being. Thank you!
