We will start with gentle yet powerful yoga poses led by LLamaste's Jordan Palmer. She will guide you through an All Levels 45-minute flow awakening your inner Yang. Then we will be immersed in a blissful 45-minute sound bath with Jade Heart's Bonnie Jones. She will create the harmonious vibrations that wash away stress and cultivate inner peace helping you embody the Yin within YOU.
Embrace the balance of twos. The number two in numerology symbolizes balance harmony and duality. It represents the interplay of yin and yang – the opposing yet complementary forces within us and all of creation. In this class we'll explore this duality through the practice of gentle yoga. We'll cultivate yin qualities – softness receptivity and inward focus – while acknowledging and honoring the presence of yang – strength grounding and outward expression. The sound bath will further deepen this sense of balance allowing you to harmonize these opposing forces within.
Gentle Yoga: We'll begin with a series of yoga poses designed to increase flexibility improve circulation and prepare the body for stillness. These poses will serve as our Yang – slow sustained movements that encourage deep stretches and release tension. We'll explore poses that open the hips shoulders and spine cultivating a sense of spaciousness within.
Sound Bath: The class will conclude with a deeply immersive sound bath. Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls. These sounds will gently guide you into a state of profound relaxation allowing you to release stress and connect with your inner peace.
