Yoga & Sound is a class for all levels. In this class we focus on our breath and self awareness of our mind and body. Aroma therapy such as essential oils, sage, palo santos, or incense is often used. During this class we ground ourselves in the present moment before we begin to flow through asanas getting our bodies moving and blood flowing. The asanas will be basic enough for beginners but challenging enough for those who are familiar with yoga. As we peak during our yoga practice we will slow it down in preparation for our extended Savasana where there will be live music played(crystal singing bowls, gongs, rain sticks, steel pan drums, native American flutes etc.) as we find our final resting pose and relax pour bodies for the remainder of class.
