Nurturing Compassion and Love Through Mindful Practice

Join us for a transformative evening centered on Anahata, the heart chakra, to foster self-compassion, emotional balance, and inner harmony. This event blends gentle, heart-opening yoga postures with guided meditation to support participants in releasing tension held in the chest, shoulders, and upper back, inviting ease and openness. Throughout the session, Reiki will be offered to enhance relaxation, clear energetic blockages, and promote overall well-being.

The evening begins with intention setting and grounding practices, followed by gentle movement to ease both body and mind into a space of deep relaxation. We’ll move into heart-opening restorative yoga poses with optional hands-on Reiki. Guided meditation inviting compassion and pure love will be woven throughout our practices. To close, we’ll enjoy tea together and take a few moments for reflection—whether you choose to journal privately or share with the group is entirely up to you.

All levels are welcome, and no prior experience is needed. Attendees are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring an open mind. Please bring a yoga mat, blocks, bolster, and blanket.

Together, we will create a supportive space to deepen self-awareness, connect with others, and reconnect with the energy of love – within and around you.
