Yin Yoga & ReikiGive yourself a 90 minute gift of relaxation~
In this lovely interaction with Adele Ross you will be guided through a session of Yin Yoga followed by meditation & Reiki energy healing. Nothing is ever expected of you that is out of your comfort and it is impossible to not feel absolutly relaxed.
On June 15th come out to Balanced by the moon and be ready to feel secure in your space. Learn to be present and breathe with intention.
Adele will walk around and offer assistance and Reiki while practicing a level of Yin Yoga that anyone is capable of taking part in.
We will end with a drift into savasana with a moment of gentle sound bowls and comforting ocean waves. In closing you will take with you a beautiful gift bag that will include a sampl bag of a relaxation herbal tea blend and bath soak sachet~
