Inspired by her teacher, Daniel Orlansky, these two modalities come together beautifully and playfully to create a deeper sense of wellness and grounding. Come ready to learn something new, and leave feeling more energized and balanced. The class will be gentle and mostly taught standing, with modifications available for all levels. No prior yoga or qigong experience necessary, just an open mind.
