Join Jessica Devi and Tania Parrott for an afternoon of creativity and movement.
We begin with breath, open our hearts and minds in movement and attune to our innate creativity as we take this into working with clay. You will be gently guided throughout the workshop and all levels of creativity, movement ability and curiosity are welcome. You do not have to have done yoga, or worked with clay before. The workshop will be fun and inspiring and is sure to get your creativity flowing and your heart and hands moving!
The 3 hour workshop will include gentle yoga and meditation led by Jessica, and a clay making session led by Tania.
All materials provided.
