Join us for a an energizing yet relaxing yoga practice (hatha vinyasa) led en English, in one of the most beautifull park of Paris, Park Monceau.
After class, we'll share a picnic together (bring somthing to drink or eat you'd like) to get to know each other.
No experience is necessary, just bring your yoga mat, a picnic blanket, and some snacks to share.
The class is suitable for all level, regarless of your level of exeprience, as the teacher will adapt the practice to suit everyone's needs.
It's a great opporunity to take care of you, connect with nature, meet other international people living in Paris and make friends.
