Located at the beautiful Keltoi Winery in Oronogo, Missouri.
Join us for this Fall Session: Equilibrium
Equilibrium is the preparation for your self care routine for the upcoming holiday season, family obligations, work and other stress-related events that occur during the fall season.
Allowing the heart, the mind, and the body to flow as one releasing your creativity through self expression.
This session begins with a meet and greet with wine and snacks.
Group nature walk to the blarney stone.
Lastly, settle in for some yoga to inspire you to release your creativity on canvas.
What to expect:
Equilibrium: 12:00PM
Breakaway: 12:30PM
Group walk: 12:40PM
Yoga: 1:25PM
Paint: 2:25PM
Stay as long as you like
This is a suggested timeline
Guests are welcome to participate in the whole event or portions that suit their personal needs.
What to bring:
Wear yucky clothes
Your Mat
Your towel
Your friend(s) and/or family
All sessions are family friendly.
Sessions are $10 per guest.
Limited yoga mats are available if you forget yours.
