A chance to chat about Katherine May's Wintering: The Power of Rest & Retreat in difficult times, with some soothing yin & breathwork alongside
- We will begin by introducing our chosen chapters, before a gentle practice to embody some of the ideas and themes.
- We will finish with a brief group discussion, where you can share your thoughts on the book or on how the book's message resonated with your practice.
Whether you're a yogi or a bookworm looking for a new experience, Yoga & Pages is an opportunity to relax and recharge with like-minded individuals.
Come join us for a morning of connection and relaxation, with a dose of books :)

A yoga mat or blanket/ cushion (If you don't have one, let me know)
