Learn to bring balance back to your body, mind, and spirit through yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness. Practice traditional yoga poses, breathing techniques, guided relaxation, and mindful meditation.We will also explore ways to be mindful (aware without judgement) and how to bring your yoga and mindfulness practices into other parts of your life.
All levels are welcome, with modifications being suggested, as needed.

Community Instructor: Jenn McCullough
Jenn has been teaching yoga and mindfulness in the Greater Toledo Area since 2000. With a degree in Education, she blends her gift for teaching with her passion for yoga and mindfulness and offers programs for all ages and abilities. She is the author of The Mindfulness Deck (available at The 577 Foundation in the Curiosity Shop), an activity card deck containing 26 easy ways to help children lower stress, increase focus, develop compassion, and deal with big emotions with engaging, evidence based strategies that enhance their ability to effectively guide children in becoming more mindful.
Jenn also loves activities that connect her with nature such as gardening, photography, kayaking, and hiking.
