Join us for the Yoga & Mental Health Foundations Workshop for Anxiety & Depression!
Are you looking to improve your mental health and well-being? Come to Yoga Heights Takoma on July 12th 2025 at 12:30 PM (Eastern Time) to learn how yoga can help with anxiety and depression.
This workshop will cover the basics of yoga and how it can positively impact your mental health. Whether you're a beginner or experienced yogi, this event is open to all levels. Don't miss out on this opportunity to prioritize your mental wellness! This will be a closed group. After week one -- no new participants will be able to sign up. If you are not ready to fully commit you may attend the first day to decide if this is the right group for you. Fee applies.

Info: Will cover different breath techniques each week. Will provide education on purpose and mental, emotional, and physical health benefits. When, how, why to use.

Info: Will focus on sequencing around a “purpose posture” which will be combined with education on physical, emotional, mental health benefits of said posture/pose.
