In this Workshop, we will begin with a short 20-25 minute Slow Flow Yoga practice working with breath, and gentle poses to stretch the body and to warm up the tissues. After our yoga practice, we will find a few minutes of stillness and meditation to further unwind, center and ground.Then comes the fun part, our journaling “exercise”. Each entry will last for 3min up to 10min to get your thoughts out on paper. Together we write freely, to quiet our busy minds. The wisdom and thoughtfulness that comes out of these moments may be extraordinary. At the end of our journaling exercise, everyone is invited to share their writings with the group. Bring a mat, water, pen, and a journal. Wear warm comfortable clothes for yoga and sitting. This Yoga Class is for ALL LEVELS (should be able to get up and off the mat independently). A chair will be provided for the journaling exercises if needed. Everyone is welcome to attend. Ages 14+
