Join this nourishing yoga and meditation workshop on Saturday 7th February at Dalswinton Village Hall, from 09.45am -1pmIn this yoga and meditation workshop we will focus on creating equilibrium between emotional wisdom ( heart) and mental clarity ( mind). Through gentle movement, breathing techniques and meditation participants will cultivate calm awareness, loving presence and grounded insight.
Weather permitting we will practice a walking meditation in the local woods.
The workshop will be suitable for most adults, with chairs available for anyone not comfortable sitting on the floor.
Refreshments included in the price.
