Yoga and meditation compliment one another on the spiritual path – embracing this time-honoured duo, we will alternate between mindful movement and stillness, deepening our connection to our bodies and the present moment through 10+ hours of indoor and outdoor yoga and meditation. Best for those with an existing meditation and/or yoga practice who are seeking facilitation and community support through consecutive days of immersive practice.
