9am: Morning gentle, Mindful Yoga practice (guided by Nicki Eiras)

1045am: Walking Meditation, shorter Mindful Yoga session, seated Meditation on the Senses, mediation, Body Scan Meditation
Journalling for self-reflection and insights
12pm: Big Love Cafe lunch
1pm: Mindful Art activity to awaken creativity
2pm: Mantra (chanting)
230pm: Restorative yoga
4pm: Finish

THE LOCATION:
Your retreat day begins with the beautiful drive through the gently winding roads of Eudlo, and entry through the Snow Lion gates into Chenrezig Buddhist Institute.
This retreat and study centre was established fifty years ago (1974) being the first Tibetan Buddhist centre in Australia, and remaining one of the largest in the West.
The Institute is home to a Tibetan teacher (Geshe Tsultrim), a large number of nuns and monks, and a thriving community of students, volunteers and guests.
Whist onsite, please dress modestly (bring a scarf or two to cover up any bare shoulders/tight yoga pants).
