Pleasure Coaching and Somatic Therapy with Joanna from the USA, an experienced wellness nurse and personal trainer focusing on somatic practices, mind-body meditation, nutrition, and pleasure coaching to increase feelings of peace, connection and aliveness.
ROBERTA:
Originally from Italy, she qualified in London as a Yoga teacher and Social Worker, and in Malaga as a Pilates Teacher. She will help you relax body and mind and increase focus and flexibility through Gentle Yoga and Meditation.
