We’ll also incorporate simple, science-backed techniques to address the mental stress that builds up from our demanding lives.
Burnout, overwhelm, ADHD-related frazzle, anxiety, or just that general sense of stress—we’ll gently target it all.
By the end, you’ll feel refreshed, relaxed, and ready to take on the day with more clarity and calm.

About me!
I’m Laura—a certified yoga teacher with six years of experience helping stressed-out humans feel like themselves again. I blend yoga with science to help you release tension, reduce stress, and feel truly refreshed.
Life can be demanding—whether it’s sitting at a desk all day, rushing from one task to the next, or carrying the weight of a busy schedule. My yoga classes are all about helping you release that tension in your body and calm the mental chaos.
No two people are the same, so why should yoga be? I take the time to understand your aches, pains, and stress points, and then we tackle them together. It’s not about doing fancy poses—it’s about making you feel good in your own skin.
When you step into one of my sessions, expect a space where you can relax and just be yourself. I’ll guide you through movements that are good for your body and soul, and we’ll kick that stress to the curb. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more balanced, and ready to take on the world (or at least your to-do list).
