Join us for yoga and meditation class for beginners and people of all levels of experience. We will focus on the foundations of mindfulness meditation.Natalie Loyd will open the session with yoga, and Pastor Fred will facilitate the meditation.
No preparation is necessary. Come to as many of the 6 sessions as possible and bring a yoga mat. Hope to see you there!
