Celebrate Spring in a Wee Easter Workshop - a morning of mingul movement and Mandala creation.As nature starts to stir and Spring starts to what nature has to offer join us for an uplifting, relaxing and creative workshop at David Livingstone Birthplace.
The morning starts with a relaxing yoga class to release tension, movement to ease the body and free the mind - the class is suitable for all abilities, including beginners.
Then follows some refreshments and a chat before we enjoy some breathing and mediation which will help to fuel your creativity.
You can then unleash your inner artist as you are guided to create your own Easter themed mandala to take away with you.
