Yoga with Cats — Fundraiser for Regina Cat Rescue I’m so excited to once again partner with @yogamalaregina to offer two Restorative Yoga sessions on Sunday, November 2nd — this time with the cutest co-hosts… kittens
This practice is designed to help your body shift out of Sympathetic Nervous System mode (fight or flight) and ease into Parasympathetic mode (rest and restore). Slow down, breathe deeply, and let the purrs work their magic.
🐾Bonus: Before and after class, you’ll get time in one of the kitten rooms. And if some of our older feline friends are feeling extra social… you might get a little cat cuddling during class too.

🐱 Session 1: 2:15–3:45 PM (Yoga 2:30–3:30)
🐱 Session 2: 3:45–5:15 PM (Yoga 4:00–5:00)
