Yoga & Kayak Weekend with True North!

About the Event

Join us for an extended weekend of fun and relaxation on the Rock River near Dixon IL. You'll want to book your spot early for this one this event is unlike any other event we have offered to date. We have reserved a beautiful cabin directly on the Rock River. Yoga teacher Sarah and paddle expert Ingrid will be your guides and hosts for the weekend. Sarah will offer yoga each morning before brunch as well as an evening offering of gentle yoga and meditation while Ingrid guides you along the beautiful Rock River.

Yoga & More!

Under the care of our team you’ll be supported in both your yoga and paddling experiences. During our days Ingrid will guide you down the rock river for a leisurely 3-hour paddle which is suitable for beginners. For those of you who have never kayaked before Ingrid will be offering a safety in paddling lesson before making our way on the river. 

Yoga classes will be held twice on Friday and Saturday.

 PFDs will be provided YOGA equipment may be rented for an additional fee. (Activities are subject to change without notice and based on weather/water conditions).

Meals

Three full meals will be provided on Friday and Saturday. Dinner will be provided on Thursday and breakfast will be provided Sunday morning before departing.
