Ahh Yoga and Peace, Love, and Sweat ( An Infrared Sauna Studio) are teaming up to host a Yoga and Sweat Event!This event includes a 30-minute yoga class, a 30-minute Infrared Sauna Therapy Session, or a Cold Plunge—you pick!
* Please note, while this is an all-levels class, there will be no props, and it will include standing poses
*Classes and sauna therapy are limited to 9 people.
*possibility of sharing a sauna with 1-2 other people so please contact us ahead of time if you prefer to register with someone!
