She uses a combination of Himalayan sound bowls, Tibetan sound bowls, tuning forks, bells, and more to help set your mind and body at ease. Her method of sound therapy uses sound, vibration, and intention to gently transition you from a normal waking state of consciousness, (beta) to a highly relaxed state of consciousness (alpha theta, and Delta).
