Special event outdoors at City Park, WestminsterRobyn Spann, 15 years of teaching experience, will guide us through a sensory driven yoga session, and Rick will lead a creative writing exercise focused on processing emotions, writing, and sharing our words.
Join in the adventure! Water and snack will be provided. Along with a special gift for you to take home with you.
Robyn has a special talent of making everyone who attends feel welcome and like they belong. All levels of yoga are welcome, but a general knowledge and previous experience with yoga will make this a much more enjoyable morning!
Collaboration is at the heart of our every gathering! You will have the chance to connect and exchange ideas with like-minded individuals passionate about the power of movement within our bodies and the power of words.
We will be writing so bring your favorite tools to write!
PAID EVENT $45 residents, $49 non-residents
Registration with the City of Westminster begins August 18 for residents. August 25 for non-residents.
