About this Event
We invite you to this grounding experience: volunteering your time in our local community gardens, paired with a yoga session to warm up and unwind the body!
W e'll start the morning by greeting the sun that nourishes our gardens with some Sun Salutations and gentle warm-up stretches. Preparing to spend about 45-60 minutes in service to our community; we may be doing things like loading up/spreading mulch, pulling weeds, thinning out plants, and beautifying the space.
Afterwards ,you'll be led in an all-levels yoga class. Postures will be dedicated to releasing tension and giving yourself the gift of movement.
This is a free event to attend, with donations appreciated but not expected for yoga class. Please remember to bring your water, yoga mat and sunscreen. 🌞
