This 45-minute Silent Yoga UK Flow is a dynamic vinyasa-based practice set to upbeat music—energising, exciting, and suitable for all levels. Using super comfy silent disco headphones, you’ll enjoy a perfectly curated playlist and crystal-clear guidance from your teacher, free from outside distractions. You'll leave feeling invigorated, uplifted, and lighter than ever.
