Join us every Sunday in February from 10am – 12pm as Soul Services Yoga leads a heart-centered kundalini practice, followed by a traditional Ethiopian coffee ceremony hosted by Buna Kurs Ethiopian Café. This unique blend of wellness and cultural ritual is designed to help us soften, connect, and welcome new community into our lives.
What to Expect:
- 60–70 minutes of kundalini yoga focused on heart energy
- Meditation, breathwork, and gentle movement
- Authentic Ethiopian coffee ceremony to ground and connect
- Invitation to meet new people and share in community
