Guided breath and mindful stretches will help you release tension and prepare you for the creative flow ahead.
From this calm, centred place, we’ll explore ceramic coaster painting - inspired by the colours, textures, and feelings of the season.
This is not about being “good at art” — it’s about expression, play, and joy!
All materials are provided, including a ceramic coaster and painting supplies where you’ll take home your own unique tabletop piece.
Bring your own yoga mat if you have one (there will be a few spares available on request)
