Yoga and Cake has so much to offer in 2024 - I cannot wait to share it with you.Of course, there'll be plenty of yoga. There'll also be plenty of cake - we're relying on you to bring your best cake game to share with the group (if baking is not your thing, then please bring some small fruits to share like strawberries or grapes - please do not bring shop bought cakes as they don't get eaten). Cake aplenty will be eaten during the break.
I'm super excited to share that my wonderful friends Kiera, Gina, Beatrice and Sofia will be joining me this year to offer their amazing talents and help make this day extra special.
Kiera will be sharing SOMA breath work - more details to follow. I have personally been practising with Kiera for a few months now, and I am hooked. SOMA breath is a wonderful way to balance, heal and detoxify the body - you will learn so much about yourself and will have the chance to connect deeply to the breath within.
Beatrice and Sofia will be sharing their musical talents, playing a variety of instruments live while you rest and dissolve into sound.
Gina of @wildasthemoon will be joining in too, bringing a selection of her handmade vegan wax melts and candles that she creates using foraged plants and flowers from the local area. You might like to treat yourself to a few goodies - they are amazing!

10 - 11.15 Yoga with Joanna
11:15 - 11:20 Short break
11.20 - 12:50 SOMA Breathwork with Kiera
12:50 - 13:45 Tea and Cake
13:45 - 14:30 Sound Bath with Beatrice and Sofia
14:30 - 14:45 Short break
14:45 - 16:00 Yin Yoga with Joanna
Gina will be selling her products during the tea break and at the end of the afternoon, so you'll have plenty of time to browse.
