Yoga & Brunch

Enjoy a peaceful yoga session with Jeni from Space yoga. The session will take place in the tranquil Casterbridge Room, followed by brunch and a hot drink of choice.

Jeni will guide you through a gentle, grounding yoga flow, connecting body, mind and breath. The 90 minute practice is suitable for beginners and will include brunch and choice of hot drink.

Sessions start at 9am and finish at midday. Limited availability and booking essential.
