Yoga & Breath with Beckie at Mindful Blooms Flower Farm

Join us for an hour of gentle yoga and mindful breath on the beautiful grounds of Mindful Blooms Farm surrounded by vibrant blooms, dancing butterflies and fresh air. 🌸🦋

Expect creative movement, grounding breath practices, and the sweetness of practicing in nature. All levels welcome — just bring your mat, some water, and maybe a journal for reflections.

This will be a 3 part series refelecting on elements of gardening and working harmoniously with nature. 🌿✨

After guided breathwork, journaling and gentle yoga you will be invited out into the field to pick your own flowers and practice mindfulness surrounded by the beauty of nature.
