Yogurt and Yoga | A 4-H Healthy Living Workshop

Hosted at the Lifelong Learning Center | 8050 S Paradise Rd. Las Vegas, NV 89123

This event is open to all youth ages 9-12. Youth must be within the designated age ranges, no exceptions.

The workshop is free and all materials will be provided, however, registration is required. Lunch is provided through an interactive activity.

This event takes place on a Clark County School District Staff Development Day. This event is not affliated with CCSD.

Ven a relajarte con 4-H y aprende técnicas para manejar tu estrés como yoga, artes expresivas, ejercicio y recetas saludables.

El evento empezará a las 9 AM pero la hora de entrega sería a las 8:30 AM.

Vamos a preparar una receta saludable, practicar Yoga, una caminada por el jardín, una carrera de relevos, y pintura de acuarela.
