Yoga and WritingThis 75 minute class will combine movement and writing to explore a deeper mind-body connection. Participants will pause and write about their physical and mental experience at different times during this practice. This creative approach helps gain a stronger sense of calmness and well-being. Please bring your own journal and pen or pencil.
