*A space has just become available on this previously sold out retreat!Join Yoga with Polly for a day to welcome spring by spending time in nature and nourishing ourselves with delicious food, yoga and company.
This retreat day is based at the unique location of The Apple House in Nadder Valley, Barford St Martin. A converted apple hut now renovated into Airbnb with a natural pool, fed from the water from the spring flowing under the garden well, pure from travelling through the chalk that gives the Chalke Valley its name.
Hannah, from Herbs and Wild will cater the day and Polly, from Yoga with Polly will guide you through two extended yoga practices, one yang and one yin. There will also be an optional nature walk to Grovely Wood from the house.
Whilst subject to change, this is generally what the day will look like:
10 - Arrival and Welcome Drink
10:30 - 90 minute Yang yoga practice
12 - Cold Dip in the natural pool
12:30 - Lunch
1:30 - Nature Walk/Chill Time
3 - Sweet Treat
3:30 - 90 minute Yin and Restorative practice
5 - Departure
A £45 deposit is required to secure your booking, with the full amount due by Feb 27th. There is the option to pay in full. Payment plans also available, please contact me to arrange.
