Led by a certified yoga instructor, this rejuvenating event is designed to help you center yourself, connect with like-minded women, and kick off your weekend with a blissful dose of zen.

We’ll begin with a refreshing yoga flow under the crisp autumn sky, perfect for all levels. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting your practice, you’ll feel right at home. Breathe in the fresh morning air, stretch your body, and clear your mind as the morning sun rises. Don’t forget to bring your own mat for that extra touch of comfort and style!

After our zen-filled yoga session, we’ll transition into a wellness circle, where you can exchange your best self-care tips, wellness insights, and stories of how you stay grounded in the daily grind. Together, we’ll inspire and uplift each other, all while soaking up the peaceful energy of the morning.

As a thank-you for joining us, each participant will receive a special Wellness Kit featuring a stretch band to keep your post-yoga muscles flexible and a refreshing water bottle to keep you hydrated and energized.
