🌿✨I'm pleased to say I'm running another Yoga and Tea Ceremony Workshop on Saturday 16th August!✨🌿 The first one has sold out quickly so here's your chance to join me for a nourishing experience of your body, mind and soul.
The Yoga and Tea Ceremony workshop is inspired by an incredible trip to Japan where they take their tea seriously!🌸🇯🇵
Together we will create an oasis in our busy lives and quieten the mind, body and soul through yoga and pranayama. 🧘♀️
☕Then we'll move into a beautifully held Japanese-inspired Tea Ceremony, inviting stillness, mindfulness and deep connection with ourselves and one another.
Refreshments are provided with homemade cakes 🍰🧁🫖
Followed by a deep yoga nidra session to restore inner balance leaving you feeling refreshed and nourished.😴🕯
