Yoga and Tea Ceremony

Join me for Yoga and Tea Ceremony at the beautiful and relaxing space of The Yurt. We will begin with a gentle yoga flow then unwind with some restorative poses, followed by a traditional tea ceremony to help you find stillness and connect with your inner self. We sit for tea in silence giving you the oppertunity to tune in with your inner landscape, connect with nature through tea and sit in community with others.

Bring yourself, a yoga mat, comfortable clothes to move and sit in and if you like to journal feel free to bring one as well. I look forward to sharing a bowl of tea with you!
