About this Event
A certified yoga instructor and NSCA Certified Personal Trainer will lead you through a Yoga and Tai Chi session to increase your flexibility, balance, and mental well-being! A perfect complement to your martial arts practice or to your own fitness routine.
You do not have to attend our Kung Fu and Fitness classes to join, and your first lesson is free!
All you'll need is a yoga mat and some water. Parking is free along Boush Street on Sunday (there are meters along the street, but there is no charge). You will find us in the Gym Downtown in the aerobics room.
